The Alexander Technique is for non-reactivity and self-regulation, while Nonviolent Communication is for needs-awareness, empathic listening, and communication skills. I work to support you in developing your long-lasting wellbeing, excellent health, and life skills using a combination of the two.

Hi, my name is Cathy.

I imagine a society where people are not dominated by their automatic reactions. People in this world feel in control due to the natural functioning of their balanced nervous systems. Our behaviour, choices, and actions are needs-based and mindful. We experience a sense of connection with ourselves and with the environment. In such a world we would be able to convey our own wants and the needs of those around us non-violently because we are constructively aware of both.

  • This programme aims to give you the basic experience and understanding of the body-mind integrity in just one month. I will be guiding you to have more relaxation and ease in your life. By giving you simple tools to use you will be able to navigate through stressors and difficult emotions as they arise. You will also get NVC worksheets and best practices to develop self-empathy and communication skills. In four weeks your self-awareness and embodied state of being will significantly reduce anxiety, tension, collapsed posture and emotional imbalances for long-term.

  • This programme offers a solid foundation for healing by recovering from trauma, addictions, physical injuries, or nervous system damage. It is sufficient time to embody a new state of being that is accepting, empathetic and self-empowered to deal with difficulties in life. This programme will help you to have choice where you need it, using a reasoning mind that is in tune with feelings and unconscious needs of the organism. As the nervous system will be having capacity to stay regulated most of the time, all sorts of symptoms will disappear or become easier to manage.
