  • Mindful Movement Classes

    Learn to move in an easy way, regaining your balance, posture and spinal health through the Alexander Technique. Classes are aimed for anyone wanting to prevent injuries, or needing support for injury recovery process, learning comfortable and healthy ways to be in your body. Classes are slow and calm for developing new daily movement patterns of sitting, standing, walking etc. Benefits include reduced stress and tension, resilience and self-connection, and higher energy levels thanks to getting more in touch with your body. Beginners welcome!
